• Installation Support - Setting up pages, installing patches, installing IIS
  
• Procedural Support - Getting images and data into Trio
  
• Patches - Free enhancements and discounted upgrades

SUPPORT FEES
Software support fees are 20% of the then-current list price of TriO List prices are set in January of each year and may increase or decrease from those in effect at the time of your original purchase. Your annual support fees, therefore, may increase or decrease from year to year.
