excluding holidays

- direct troubleshooting of your
system via call-in -- available only to users
who have PC Anywhere and a 56k data modem or
higher
- unlimited access to Multi MIMSY 2000
Support on the Willoughby Web Site (available
only to users with Web access), www.willo.com.
- free upgrades to Multi MIMSY running
on the same version of Oracle on which your
system was originally installed (i.e., Oracle
8i).
- membership in the Willoughby Users
Group (WUG)

SUPPORT FEES
Software support fees are 20% of the then-current
list price of the level of software you have
licensed. List prices are set in January of
each year and may increase or decrease from
those in effect at the time of your original
purchase. Your annual support fees, therefore,
may increase or decrease from year to year.
